• Comprehensive rehabilitation with a focus on orthopedics, sports medicine, spine care, postsurgical rehab, and womens health
• Supportive, multidisciplinary team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists guiding patients through every stage of recovery
• Coming June 2026: brand new 5,000 sq. ft. Sports and Orthopedic Therapy Center

• Wide range of therapies for orthopedic, neurological, and post-injury recovery
• Specialty programs including aquatic therapy, concussion rehab, lymphedema care, and diabetes fitness
• Personalized care using advanced manual techniques and performance-focused therapies

Sentara Home Care Elizabeth City nationally recognized for exceptional patient care

• In-home rehabilitation serving patients in Elizabeth City and surrounding areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Physical Therapy state license
• BLS Certification
