Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Client requires prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation or hospital physical therapy; include familiarity with common modalities and therapeutic exercise techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift start time: AM 8.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8.
• Assignment location: Glendale, AZ (hospital setting).
• Candidate may be expected to float to other local facilities as needed.
