Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Illinois state licensure or eligibility Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary educational team Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-5th grade students within one school Manage a caseload of 25-30 students with diverse language and communication needs Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with educators and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to deliver comprehensive support Utilize available resources and materials to enhance therapy outcomes This position is perfect for dedicated SLPs or recent graduates seeking their CFY, looking to grow professionally while making a tangible difference in children's lives.
