Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience.

12 months of travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

All required certifications and licensure should not expire during the assignment. If your certifications or licensure are set to expire during the listed contracted dates, you must apply with a receipt of renewal.

Required Skills/Experience: Over 1 yr outpatient experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years + outpatient experience strongly

Unit/Facility Details: Orthopedic & neuro patient population

Shift & Scheduling: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 08:00:00 AM - 04:00:00 PM. Tues & Thurs 10:30 AM-6:30 PM.

7 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required
