In this specialized opportunity, you will provide in-home occupational therapy services. Your clients will span the lifespanfrom newborns to seniors over 100offering a broad scope of experience to strengthen your resume. Through collaboration with patients, their families, physicians, and allied health professionals, you will identify client needs and coordinate comprehensive care plans. Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel position
• Schedule based on patient needs within the local area

Qualifications:

• One year of certified home care Occupational Therapist experience required
• At least two years as an Occupational Therapist in acute care, rehab, or homecare
• Registered with the Massachusetts Board of Registration
• Proficiency in computer software and familiarity with handheld patient care devices preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to evolving circumstances
• Must be willing to travel within the designated geographic region

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions in patients residences
• Assess and manage impairments resulting from injury, disease, or disability
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
