Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Oklahoma City, OK

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcome
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions to children with diverse needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students academic and functional success
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in adherence to school and professional standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to multidisciplinary teams
• Stay current on best practices and innovative therapeutic approaches within pediatric SLP
