Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school environment
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation is a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with each students IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech and language capabilities
