Your work will be vital to assessing and improving patient respiratory status, collaborating with physicians and nurses to deliver the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen, aerosols, and medications.
* Provide critical care, including ventilator and airway management.
* Conduct diagnostic procedures such as pulmonary function tests, oximetry, and arterial sampling.
* Maintain respiratory equipment and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
* Accurately document treatments and patient responses.
* Communicate effectively with healthcare staff to assess and monitor patient status.
* Be available for on-call duties as required.
