Position Details: Setting: Preschool / Early Childhood Program Location: Southern Virginia area Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract Schedule: Monday-Friday during school hours Caseload: Preschool-aged students Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments for students with communication needs Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals based on educational and developmental needs Deliver direct speech-language services in individual and small group settings Support students in communication areas including language development, articulation, expressive/receptive language, social communication, and related speech needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation and compliance records Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
