Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Seaford, DE Location: Seaford, DE Job Type: Full-Time Setting: School-Based Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and support student educational planning Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLP license or eligibility CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations Preferred Skills Experience with AAC devices and assistive technology Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays Strong organizational and documentation abilities Ability to manage caseloads effectively in a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
