What You'll Do: As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing advanced respiratory support to our patients. You'll operate ventilators, manage high-flow oxygen therapy, and utilize various respiratory devices in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves 4 days of 12-hour shifts followed by a night of call, ensuring continuous, quality care for our patients. Required Skills: Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Basic knowledge of ventilators (Draeger & Hamilton T1), HFNC (F&P Classic & Airvo 3), and Philips V60 BPAP/CPAP devices Ability to work independently and follow detailed protocols Strong communication and critical thinking skills Willingness to participate in call rotations Nice to Have Skills: Experience with home respiratory units (ResMed AirSense/AirCurve) Previous hospital or acute care experience Proficiency with respiratory management software and documentation Preferred Education and Experience: Current RRT credential At least 1-2 years of relevant respiratory therapy experience Prior experience with ventilator management and advanced respiratory equipment Other Requirements: Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; no local applicants Availability to start on 06/08/2026 RTO (Return to Office) requests included in application, with a limit of 3 days Compensation of $63.65 per hour Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including on-call nights Valid licensure and applicable certifications required Reimbursements for travel, licensure, and certifications when applicable This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career while working in a supportive environment with competitive pay and benefits.
