Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials:- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:- RTO must be listed at time of submission.- Open to accommodating block schedule? Per manager discretion.

Unit Details:- Adult and geriatric patient population.- This position is for evaluation and treatment of general acute care patients, community based, with a variety of diagnoses such as general surgery, ortho surgery, hip fracture, dementia, deficits in ADLs for multiple reasons, and falls. Primary evaluation and treatment is for ADL and upper extremity assessments with a focus on functional outcomes.

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
