Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active Speech Language Pathology license (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
  • Proficiency in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with school teams
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Comfortable supporting a varied caseload from PreK through 12th grade

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver therapy for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans to meet students IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on student needs
  • Provide services in-person and potentially via teletherapy as appropriate
