Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Speech Language Pathology license (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- Proficiency in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with school teams
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Comfortable supporting a varied caseload from PreK through 12th grade
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans to meet students IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on student needs
- Provide services in-person and potentially via teletherapy as appropriate
