Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF)
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods for K-12 students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations and varying caseloads
- Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards
Your Role Will Include:
- Assessing students speech, language, voice, and fluency
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering direct therapy and consultative services as outlined in students' IEPs
- Collaborating with teachers, other service providers, and families to foster student progress
- Documenting student performance, progress, and maintaining necessary records
- Participating in IEP meetings, staff collaborations, and professional development opportunities
