Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome and encouraged to apply
- Ability to engage with students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit with teachers, families, and support teams
- Commitment to creating inclusive environments and supporting diverse learners
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide spectrum of speech and language needs
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring measurable student growth
- Maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Consult and collaborate with educational staff and families, providing guidance and support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
