Position Summary
Willis Knighton Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-centered Audiologist to join a dynamic outpatient practice. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations, including hearing, balance, and related assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and best practices
- Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Counsel patients and families with empathy, clarity, and encouragement regarding hearing health and rehabilitation options
- Deliver vestibular assessment and management services, as applicable
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care
- Educate patients on hearing conservation, prevention strategies, and ongoing care
- Stay current with advancements in audiology through continuing education and professional development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program
- Current state licensure in Audiology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical knowledge of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-first mindset with a compassionate and encouraging approach
