Active New York State COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated experience providing ADL retraining, therapeutic activity planning, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist and document patient progress in electronic medical records preferred.
