Qualifications & Desired Experience: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Understanding of IEP processes and ESY programming is a plus Ability to work independently while being a positive member of a multidisciplinary team Responsibilities & Duties: Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their IEP goals Conduct progress monitoring and adjust therapy plans as needed for summer learning Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to coordinate student services Maintain accurate documentation and complete required ESY reports Participate in team meetings and communicate progress to all stakeholders as needed Support students in developing communication skills that will help them thrive year-round Seize the chance to make a meaningful difference during the ESY period and see tangible progress in students' communication abilities.
