What You'll Do:

Provide personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for residents

Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall wellness

Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team including nursing, wellness, and activities staff

Educate residents and families on exercises and injury prevention

Supervise two Physical Therapy Assistants

Licensed Physical Therapist

Strong interpersonal skills and upbeat attitude

Passion for working with older adults

Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Ability to manage time well

This position is 15-24 hours per week. The position hours are typically 8:30am-5:00pm and would be Monday, Wednesday and/or Thursday. The hours for this position can be flexible.
