We are seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. What We Offer Competitive pay: $30-$35/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Reliable hours available Opportunities across our South Carolina facility network Supportive and collaborative rehab team environment Position Summary As a COTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services that help residents improve daily living skills, strength, and independence. Key Responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy treatments as outlined in care plans Assist residents with activities to improve ADLs, mobility, and coordination Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Occupational Therapist Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active, unencumbered COTA license in South Carolina Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Chandler Creek Post Acute?
