You will plan, organize, implement and evaluate a progressive therapy program geared to improvement of clients' physical functions, psychological, social and economic well-being. We are seeking to fill 1 PRN position. Identifies and prioritizes needs based on assessment and establishes appropriate plan with goals. Communicates with resident, family members, and staff accordingly. Implements interventions according to plan of care.
