Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a Minnesota SLP License (CCC required)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passionate about working with early childhood special education (ECSE) students
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services for ECSE caseload, covering a leave for the remainder of the school year (ASAP June 4, 2026)
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations, including potential summer assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to support student success and IEP goals
