The University of Scranton's Department of Physical Therapy has an ongoing need for highly qualified adjunct faculty to staff a variety of courses each semester in the field of Physical Therapy. Adjunct faculty may instruct one or more courses or labs each semester as needed.

Essential Duties

Adjunct faculty are expected to teach a specified course(s); prepare course materials; provide support and guidance to students; and report grades.

Additional Skills Required Minimum Education Requirements

  • Entry-level degree in physical therapy is required

Preferred Education Minimum Job Experience Requirements

  • Licensed physical therapist

Preferred Qualifications

  • A proven history of work experience in the field; previous teaching experience and a willingness to be flexible in class scheduling
