High School Middle School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Aurora, IL

Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP Endorsement
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Open to new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, and communication abilities for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in group and individual settings
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
