Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience:
24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
12 months of Pediatric Rehabilitation Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
This role will require floating to multiple locations
Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Lukes Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Lukes Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:Must have outpatient experience.
Required Credentials:Masters or doctorate required.
Special Requests:Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.The facility may make one-off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Lukes Health System.
Unit Details:Outpatient pediatric rehabilitation setting.Treats about 9 patients per day.Pediatric diagnoses include developmental delays, cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, hydrocephalus, and more.Uses Epic.
Shift & Scheduling:Tuesday-Friday schedule with a 30 min lunch.No weekends.No holidays.Flexible contract hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Floating Requirements:Outpatient only; no floating to inpatient.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
Drivers license required for submission
