Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Experience with rehabilitation for post-acute or long-term care patients preferred.
- Client requirement: ability to provide care within the facilitys electronic documentation system as directed by the client.
- Client requirement: availability to work the specified days and shift hours for the assignment.
