. Minimum Qualifications:

Valid and current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state or region.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.

Experience with patient assessment and rehabilitation techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

Certification in specialized areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, or sports physical therapy.

Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Continuing education or training in advanced therapeutic modalities and manual therapy.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical guidelines.

Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient function and reduce pain.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective rehabilitation.

Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.

Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and integrate best practices into patient care.
