Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio state PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
• Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation systems (client requirement).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel or agency home health experience.
• Familiarity with productivity expectations in home health settings.

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Productivity expectation: 32 points per week (based on a 40-hour week).
• EMR systems: HCHB and OASIS required.
• Candidate may be assigned within the local territory as needed; floating to other nearby service areas is possible.
