Key Qualifications:
- Valid Nebraska SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Commitment to best practices for elementary caseloads
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Your Role:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students across 1-2 school sites
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40-60 students with diverse communication needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and provide regular progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where every childs voice matters
