Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Skills in delivering care through teletherapy, home health, and traditional school-based models
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Creative, flexible approach to addressing students unique needs
• Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized OT plans
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions onsite, virtually, and in students homes as appropriate
• Support students in accessing curriculum and participating fully in school life
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with requirements
• Consult with teachers and parents to recommend classroom modifications or at-home strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school occupational therapy
