Inpatient PT - Physical Therapist

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed.

No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Inpatient setting- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)

Shift & Scheduling: - Start 8:00 start at 7:00 or 9:00 if they would like 5x8.- Weekend Requirements: Would prefer some weekend coverage ~1/month, but would be open to discuss with candidate.- Summer Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Drivers license required for submission
