Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

12 months of Home Health experience worked in the last 24 months.

Travel experience is preferred.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.

Experience with Oasis is required.

BS completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

Unit / Facility Details: Productivity expectation is 25 points per week
