Job Summary

This leader has accountability and oversight, and supervises the daily activities of the department, shift or area. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and team work tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

- Require current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech Therapist (ST) in the State of Florida.
- Require a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in area of hire: Acute, IRF and Outpatient Rehabilitation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prefer one (1) year of management experience.
- Prefer excellent written and oral communication skills, to include composing correspondence and reports.
- Prefer strong organizational and time management skills to maximize productivity and outcomes.
- Prefer the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers, and delivering high quality service.
