Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Dousman, WI. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while experiencing a new community. The position supports a skilled nursing facility campus that includes assisted living, independent living, and memory care, providing a varied caseload and opportunities to impact patient outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or mixed geriatric caseloads preferred.
- Familiarity with NetHealth documentation software preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience across a continuum of care on a campus setting preferred.
Assignment Details
- M-F days and one weekend per month.
- Patient population includes skilled nursing facility, assisted living, independent living, and memory care on a single campus.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide direct occupational therapy services within a multidisciplinary team to residents across skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care. Track progress, implement individualized treatment plans, and contribute to improved functional outcomes and quality of life for diverse geriatric populations. Documentation and collaboration with nursing and therapy staff will support continuity of care on the campus.
