Join a traveling Physical Therapist opportunity in Dousman, WI at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Wisconsin state license or compact license recognized for practice prior to the start of the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility, assisted living, independent living, or memory care settings is required. Variety of caseloads expected.
- Experience using NetHealth (electronic medical record) is preferred.
- Willingness to work MF days and one weekend per month as part of the schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience managing mixed caseloads including high-acuity and geriatric patients preferred.
