COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Montesano, WA. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Washington State COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Relevant documentation and electronic charting experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel or contract COTA experience preferred.
• Familiarity with restorative programs and ADL retraining preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Work pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
