Compensation: Competitive Salary
The Occupational Health & Therapy Services program at Tri State Nursing includes outpatient Physical Therapy/Occupational/Hand Therapy services. We are currently located in Sioux City, IA and are continuing to grow. We are workers' compensation experts and focused on individualized treatments to obtain greatest outcomes. Outpatient experience is a plus and we are in search of someone to provide excellent quality care. Mentoring opportunities will be offered.
Requirements:
Graduate from a college with an APTA accredited curriculum
Outpatient knowledge and experience
A Physical Therapist currently licensed in Iowa (or able to quickly begin licensing process), and CPR certified
Candidates must clear a satisfactory background check, which may include a criminal, credit, motor vehicle report, licensure, employment verification, as well as clear government exclusions, and drug screen, depending upon position offered.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
