High School Diploma or equivalent AND: Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Occupational Association (AOTA) and the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (AOTE). AND Certification of Clinical Competence as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT-R) AND Current CA Occupational Therapy License NCI Certification is required within 6 months of employment and will be provided by the district or SELPA. Desired Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish-English, knowledge of American Sign Language. Two (2) recent letters of reference. * To be considered, all requirements MUST BE ATTACHED when submitting application
Applicants must successfully complete each part of the examination process in order to be considered further. No Written Examination- Applications will be reviewed for interviews Performance Test: TBD An eligibility list will be in effect for 6 months or until less than 3 applicants remain on the list. If Five (5) qualified applicants from the Lancaster School District and demonstrate the ability to meet the job qualifications, the position will be filled on a promotional basis.
