Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 85, 40hrs per week Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Requirements: No weekends

On Call Requirements: No On call

Requirements:

• HI state PT license
• 2 years PT experience required
• 1 year PT home health experience
• BLS AHA
• CPR
• Homecare Home Base and OASIS
• Bachelors degree required
• Travel experience preferred
• Master preferred
