Key Qualifications:

  • Current WA Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • ESA State Certification required
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • CCC-SLP credential highly preferred
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting advantageous
  • Background in teletherapy considered a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide targeted therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student progress
  • Deliver age-appropriate therapy to preschool and elementary students
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
  • Offer education and resources to families and colleagues as needed
