Position Overview
This role begins as a structured apprenticeship under direct mentorship and clinical oversight.
The selected candidate will progressively learn:
assessment-based thinking
corrective treatment sequencing
client communication strategies
clinical professionalism
recovery modality integration
neuromuscular treatment principles
musculoskeletal pattern recognition
This position is ideal for an LMT who:

Responsibilities
Initial responsibilities may include:
observing treatment sessions
assisting with client flow and room preparation
supporting recovery modalities
guiding clients through stretches/exercises
documenting session notes
learning Remedy systems and treatment philosophy
assisting with client education and follow-up care
As training progresses, responsibilities will evolve into supervised hands-on treatment.
Qualifications
Required:
Active Pennsylvania massage therapy license
Strong professionalism and communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Genuine interest in corrective/clinical work
Coachable attitude
Desire for long-term growth
Preferred:
Neuromuscular therapy interest or background
Corrective exercise interest
Anatomy-focused mindset
Experience in therapeutic or medical-adjacent settings
Fitness or rehabilitation interest
