Responsibilities:

• Deliver both routine and critical respiratory care services to adult and geriatric patients
• Adhere to physician orders and departmental policies covering all aspects of respiratory therapy
• Confidently work independently as well as provide guidance to support staff as assigned
• Thoroughly complete documentation, including paperwork, EMR entries, flow sheets, and charge capture for each patient
• Participate in quality assurance and team initiatives
• Foster a safe and compassionate environment for all patients

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid state respiratory care practitioner license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively oversee designated staff
• Experience in adult and geriatric respiratory care preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
