For the past 40 years Thorne Crest has provided seniors with lifestyle choices from independent and assisted living to skilled care and rehab. With the recent completion of an $11 million redevelopment project, the community now offers a new memory care center, wellness center with pool and locker rooms, bistro and dining room, common areas, new assisted living apartments, parking garage and much more. Located in Albert Lea in southern Minnesota, our wonderful retirement community boasts clean, safe residential streets, a vibrant downtown and a myriad of shopping and dining options. Long known as The Gateway from the South, Albert Lea is home to about twenty thousand residents and serves as a regional anchor for this part of the state. Job Summary: COTA/L shall implement the plan of care as established by the OTR/L and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care.
Qualifications
Must have an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.
Active state license required.
