Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Tennessee PTA license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Prior experience treating geriatric populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with restorative programs and documentation in SNF settings.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems preferred.
