Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility (client requirement).
• Experience with HCHB electronic medical record system required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Productivity experience or comfort meeting productivity targets (30 points per week preferred).

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Workdays: Monday through Friday.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• On-call or weekend requirements required.
• Territory includes Laguna Beach, Monarch Bay, Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, and Laguna Niguel; candidate must be able to travel within the territory.
