Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to work with geriatric patient populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL retraining preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Work days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
• May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
