Join a skilled nursing and short term rehab facility in Kettering, OH as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist. Minimum Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Ohio state SLP license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Experience with dysphagia management, cognitive-communication assessment, and adult neurogenic disorders preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel or per diem experience in long-term care or SNF environments.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records used in post-acute care.
  • Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills.

Assignment Details

  • Schedule: 5 days with flexible scheduling regarding days of the week.
