You'll collaborate with experienced SLPs and educators across multiple campuses, providing essential speech and language services to students from elementary through middle school. This role offers both full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) and potential part-time options to match your needs, with a strong start date in August and an assignment running through the end of May. Desired Qualifications: Current, active FL Department of Health SLPA license is required Prior experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 students across various campuses Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Must complete fingerprinting requirements per Florida state and district protocols (transferring credentials from other districts possible) Strong organizational skills and adaptability when moving between schools Key Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP to address students' speech, language, and communication goals Support IEP development and documentation according to school and state guidelines Deliver direct interventions to students in individual or small group settings across multiple school sites Record progress and maintain accurate, compliant documentation Participate in team meetings and contribute to family and staff consultations as appropriate Enjoy a meaningful role where your contributions directly support student success and development.
