This position is based out the Seattle MLK site but will cover north and east King County/South Snohomish as needed.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Job Description:

Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training - Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire or,

Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit upon hire or,

Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year - Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.

1 year - Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
