Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome and supported State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in West Virginia Experience in healthcare or pediatric environments is highly valued Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Background in school-based or pediatric SLP services preferred Duties & Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs Deliver therapy sessions individually or in groups to address student goals Maintain detailed documentation and progress records in accordance with district policies Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, counselors, and families to best support student outcomes Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide support and resources to school staff and families to help implement communication strategies This contract engagement offers a dynamic school-based setting with a chance to make a real impact on children's academic and social development.
